The 06 Formula had some great qualities, but the 07 is really something else. The most noticable change is the cool new graphic, but there have been important technical improvements made to enhance top-end draft stability. This has all been done without sacrificing the endearing features seen in the 06 model, particularly the lightweight handling, friendliness and great all-round performance.
A powerful profile at and below the boom, combined with a super slippery fine profile above, gives this sail masses of low end drive, super acceleration and unrivalled top-end speed . Carbon battens are added for ultra draft stability , while the "cutaway " clew reduces boom lenggth and improves twist.
The main body of the sail is graduated high quality monofilm , while the head and foot incorporate white xply for a great new look and added durability. There are also some really handy additions like the new tie-strap and the batten key is now located inside the luff pocket.

What riders say about the KA Formula:
Andy Abendroth GER-66:
Thanx for this perfect sails !!!!!!
In the first German Windsurfing Competition, I´ve won
one race with this incredible 11.0 formula, the other 4 races
I finished in Top 5.
With the new 550 mast from Lorch/KA the 11.0 sail feels totaly
light and easy to handle.
Great work in low wind ( 11-14 kn) and also in higher wind
(18-21kn) conditions. In slalom I used the 6.6 Koncept ( from 18 to
35 Kn, this sail´s burning down the strip like a thunderbolt
;-) ) and the 9.5 Formula ( 10-20 kn).
Johan, Surf Unique, Sweden:
Günther Lorch had me testing his 10.5 Formula last
spring and I loved it, after that I was actually doing better
in competitions with the 10.5 than my 12.5 Neil Pryde even
in lightwind, atthe end of the season (for example PWA Leba)
I only registrered my 10.5 because I prefered it in all wind
conditions.
Simon Dick, Melbourne:
Had first sail on 9.5 today in 10 to 15. Wow, talk about fast and down - downwind.
